The staff at front desk are friendly.. name Kelvin or Calvin.. we arrived around 1pm.. he check there is room available then allow us to check in early.. Always full house day or night at the front desk lobby.. very strategy place.. Walking to Pavillion, Time Square just nearby only.. easily to find food around..

the location is walking distance to pavilion and TRX, many food options surrounding this place. i did not need to wait to check out as just pass to the guard. comfortable bed and clean room.

Very well located, clean and comfortable. The rooms are completely soundproof so you can get a great night’s sleep. The rooftop pool is excellent, and the sky bridge and sky garden are great for watching the sunset from. Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, there are good amenities and storage options within them.

Dear sleeping lion teams , thank you for the friendly service ,I would like wish to thank to the staff Syarrif as help us arrange and allow us have the same ground room together. The place is very easy access to Pavilion and walking to all malls , there is eatery around the hotel as well. The swimming pool is fantastic as the view is amazing. Only the lift always full, have to wait 15min to able get the lift when is crowded. Overall the staff are friendly and welcoming. Thanks 🙏

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It offers a beautiful view of the city. The location is very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk to the main road of Bukit Bintang. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area even better. The staff and security were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel offers a fantastic location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with many attractions and restaurants easily accessible. The views from both the pool and the gym are absolutely stunning – definitely a highlight! The gym is well-equipped, with particularly modern and high-quality treadmills. The rooms are functional and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the value for money is very good.
